How to freeze your Loyalty membership in 3 steps

That’s it, your membership is paused instantly. No approval needed. It takes less than 10 seconds.

Maximum 24 freeze days, whenever you need them

Freeze your membership directly in the Non Stop Fitness app and use up to 24 days per year.
You get 2 days off each month, for a total of up to 24 days per year.
Unused days can be carried over to the following year.

You can use them all at once or spread them throughout the year.

Activation is available exclusively through the app.

*Freezing days were available exclusively as part of a promotional campaign until July 16, 2025, and again from December 29, 2025. Memberships purchased between July 17 and December 28, 2025 did not include this benefit. As of January 27, 2026, these memberships are eligible to receive 2 freezing days per month (up to a maximum of 24 days), without retroactive accrual.
