Sales Manager – B2B

Job description and responsibilities:
- Selling long-term memberships to companies by identify new business opportunities and maintain existing one
- Developing and executing a strategic plan in order to increase selling opportunities among prospecting B2B clients around fitness center facilities
- Utilizing profitable sales plans to reach set targets of sold memberships
- Developing new business opportunities and managing existing B2B clients
- Deep understanding of B2B sales process (funnel) and how to track and report each step in the process
- Continuously researching the market to identify new business opportunities or improve the existing ones
- Be able to set up sales campaigns directly targeting potential B2B clients both online and offline
- Active cooperation with Marketing Team in order to ensure right activates are being pushed and communicated online
- Ensuring right equipment and tools are being set-up, such as: Sales Brochure; Posters; Fliers; Presentations; E-mail templates; etc.
- Experience in using LinkedIn
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of services (preferably in insurance industry)
- University degree is preferred
- Experience with face to face communication with clients
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- A commitment to excellent customer service
